This is a 36′ x 48′ Horse Barn in our Belmont Style. Many customizations were added to the main floor and the customer uses this barn on their personal property.

• 12-foot center aisle
• 12×12 wash stall
• 12×18 open area
• Tack Room
• Two 12×12 utility rooms
• 10-foot overhang on the back
• Generous overhang on the front

This gorgeous A-frame barn features a loft area on the second floor, which the customer plans to finish out.

On the exterior, this Horse Barn has timeless Board & Batten siding stained in Country Brown. The metal roof color is Burnished Slate and the vinyl windows are beige.
